DURING YOUR FREE INITIAL PERSONAL TRAINER CONSULTATION WE WILL IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS AND WHAT YOU HOPE TO CHANGE. FROM THIS MEETING WE WILL FORMULATE A BESPOKE PROGRAMME FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TO ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED TARGETS.
Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. As personal trainers OTCF recognise that every client is individual, and we know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals.
Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in the gym, it is about having someone guiding and motivating you through your entire programme of health and fitness, which includes your training, your diet, your lifestyle and giving you support to ensure that you reach your maximum potential.
Your programme will include basic nutrition advice and monitoring, target setting, exercise technique and education.
We also offer a group personal trainer package, adding the element of fun from group fitness and a lower cost to each individual.
Please note any booking or session cancelled within 24 hours will still be charged. If cancelled before 24 hours the session / booking will be rescheduled to suit both parties
