Includes a weekly meet up ride on zwift with ride leader Steve plus a few special guests this year..
A series of bike specific smart trainer/turbo workouts which will be made available to you via a OTCF Training Peaks account for use on Zwift or Trainer Road.
The series has been designed by coach Steve Clark to develop and boost your FTP over winter.
You will need to follow Off That Couch Fitness in the zwift companion app for weekly meet up invites.
